TüMAS ermöglicht Studierenden am Übergang vom Bachelor of Education in den Master of Education eine professionsbezogene Orientierung und Standortbestimmung. Individuelle Voraussetzungen sind dabei der Ausgangspunkt zur Reflexion der eigenen Entwicklungsprozesse innerhalb des Lehramtsstudiums. So wird den Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit eröffnet, ihren Wissens- und Könnensstand zu überprüfen, professionsbezogene Entwicklungsziele zu definieren und nächste Schritte konkret zu planen.
