Abstract / short description:

The POLAR (Konsortien übergreifender Use Case POLypharmacy – Drug interActions - Teilprojekt Uni Tübingen) is part of the POLAR project led by Prof. Dr. Markus Löffler (University Leipzig) and Prof. Dr. André Scherag (Jena University Hospital). The project aims to -
a. contribute to the detection of medication related health risks, in particular Polypharmacy,
b. deploy and validate a set of algorithms to classify high risk medication and PIMs which may prospectively be used for improving medication safety
