The CORD (Konsortien übergreifender Use Case Collaboration on Rare Diseases - Teilprojekt Uni Tübingen) is part of the CORD project led by Prof. Josef Schepers (Berlin Institute of Health). The project aims to
a. improve the availability of data on rare diseases by fostering data collection at the point of care and making it findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable on a nationwide scale,
b. gather insights into the reality of care for RDs in Germany, to stimulate research in the field and to improve the quality of treatment and diagnosis.
