Ergründung des Behandlungsmusters bei episodischen und chronischen Migränepatienten im Behandlungsalltag mit Erenumba in Deutschland
Duration:
29/04/2019 to 30/04/2021
Abstract / short description:
This study is designed as an observational, non-interventional, multicenter, open label, single arm study with migraine patients, which aims to capture real world data of erenumab treatment within the approved label. This study can be either started by an optional baseline evaluation period of approximately one month (max. 3 months) without erenumab treatment which is followed by an observational period, or it can also be started directly with the 24 months erenumab observational period. The baseline period will be used to assess eligibility of patients for prophylactic treatment and collect baseline characteristics of the migraine patients. For the observational period of the study only patients will be included, who are starting erenumab treatment or who have recently (may not be more than 3 months in the past) started erenumab treatment. During the treatment period follow-up visits will take place at a frequency defined as per investigator’s discretion. The prospective observation period per patient will be up to 24 months of a treatment phase and an optional baseline evaluation (ca. one month). A minimum of one follow-up visit per half-year (6 months) is required in order to maintain the patient’s participation in the study.
