With the advanced training degree course Ethik in Organisationen: Bildung und Soziales (Ethics in Organisations: Education and Social Affairs), we address executive personnel in the education and social sector in order to qualify them for the competent handling of ethical questions in their professional fields of activity.
Executives in these sectors often face decision situations which raise specific ethical questions and problems: The way of dealing with persons in particular relationships of dependence, the distribution of limited resources, the shaping of institutional structures and a certain social responsibility confront decision makers with a variety of problems which necessitate ethically reflected assessment processes and a convincing explanation and justification of decisions.
