Abstract / short description:
The Hector Foundation II supports the research project, which examines the effectiveness of the Hector-Seminar, which is a very ambitious program in international comparison for the promotion of gifted and highly gifted secondary school students in the STEM field. This examination concerns the central levels of the program offer, takes a look at the individual locations and the overall offer and serves both the further development of the offer and research on the effectiveness of gifted education. The aim is to identify predictors for positive talent development, analyze the quality and promotional effects of the Hector-Seminar and thus identify conditions for successful learning in the development phase of skills acquisition.on.
