This investigator-initiated study will compare the performance of the quantitative transcription mediated amplification assay (Aptima CMV Quant, Hologic) on the automated, random-access Panther System to a real-time PCR CMV assay (CMV Argene PCR, bioMerieux) for CMV viral load testing in diagnostic specimens.”
