ProjectToxicity modulation of αSynuclein aggregates through glial uptake
Basic data
Title:
Toxicity modulation of αSynuclein aggregates through glial uptake
Duration:
01/07/2021 to 30/06/2022
Abstract / short description:
The purpose of this project is to test the effect of glial processing of extracellular synuclein aggregates produced by neurons. The hypothesis to be tested is that glia can modulate the toxicity of extracellular aggregates based on genotype.
