ProjectCIA Electronic chemical Imaging for Automotive Applications
Basic data
Title:
CIA Electronic chemical Imaging for Automotive Applications
Duration:
01/05/1996 to 30/04/1999
Abstract / short description:
Overall project targeting the control of the car cabin air quality in automotive applications mainly by activating the recirculation flap sensor controlled.
Role here has been the development and methodology of use of the sensor unit together with the reference analysis of the cabin air intake. Project industrially focused, achievements has been the combination of silicon based Microsystems in thin film technology with thick layers obtained from preprocessed powders, deposition technology patented and successfully transferred to spin of company.
