-To establish a workflow for automated and semi-automated analysis of whole body CT and PET/CT image data in patients with metastatic melanoma.
-To characterize melanoma metastases using image-derived morphological and functional quantitative biomarkers.
-To quantify patient body composition and tissue metabolism based on whole body CT and PET image data.
-To integrate and validate image-based and clinical biomarkers for prediction of therapy response, occurrence of adverse immunological events and patient outcome.
