Archaeological research at the Kom al-Ahmar excavation site (Sharuna, Middle Egypt)

The Sharuna project basically consists of two lines of research; the first, led by Beatrice Huber, is focussed on the late Roman occupation of the region. The objective of the second line of research is the continuation of the excavation and documentation of the main necropolis of Sharuna.
