Title:
Women & the Brain Fellowship for Advancement of Neuroscience
Duration:
01/04/2017 to 31/08/2017
Abstract / short description:
Building of computational tools to analyze and interpret large neural data sets that are collected during skilled movements; in order to understand how neural circuits change during learning or in disease testable models of how the brain generates these movements are needed. The focus will be working on building an arm model in order to facilitate neural calcium data analysis that was collected during a novel motor adaptation task for mice.
