The study proposed here will test the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnostic algorithm “RADIAL” in a large, independent test cohort of early-onset ataxia patients, including a prospective study arm, thus allowing to validate the RADIAL. If it can indeed be shown that the RADIAL serves as a valid tool to predict the underlying genetic autosomal-recessive ataxia diagnosis
