Abstract / Kurz- beschreibung:
The objective of this project is to verify and deepen the findings generated by in vitro and in vivo experiments in the individual projects of this consortium. Due to the non-invasive character of our imaging modalities we are able to investigate the effect of the identified therapeutic windows longitudinally, therefore enabling our partners to reduce animal numbers. Important physiological processes and characteristics of the respective tumors like glucose metabolism, proliferation, blood supply, metastasis and many others will be depicted, depending on the therapeutic window and tumor model investigated. The gathered information will be analyzed and provided to our partners in a feedback process.
