Title:
The Gut Microbiome in Neuroinfalmmation and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (µNeuroINF)
Duration:
01/04/2015 to 31/03/2018
Abstract / short description:
We used shotgun proteomics and ASD-like mice model to study the influence of the gut microbiota in the context of Fragile X syndrome (FXS), Down Syndrome (DS) and Maternal Immune Activation (MIA). Our aims are to identify differentially abundant proteins/taxon, reconstruct metabolic pathways and identify metabolites that are perturbed in the gut microbiome of ASD-like mice compared to wild-type mice.
