Consultancy Agreement - for a clinical expert meeting

The Biotest group is a group engaged in research and production of pharmaceutical and biotechnological products, in particular, in the area of immunology, transplantation and infectious diseases. This requires, in particular, the involvement of physicians’ experience in relation to the use and development of products. Biotest is attempting to obtain registration for its research candidate BT094 in the indication "prevention of congenital CMV Infection" (hereinafter referred to as the “Area”) and for that purpose has required Professor Dr. Dr. Hamprecht (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”) to participate in the CLINICAL EXPERT MEETING to evaluate clinical data to support the Cytotect CP registration. The Consultant has many years’ experience in the Area.
The consultant is an employee of the Institute of Medical Microbiology and Epidemiology at the UKT. The UKT is willing to make the Consultant available for the fulfillment of the obligations under this Agreement.
