Kooperationsvertrag zur institutionellen Förderung des Instituts für Arbeitsmedizin, Sozialmedizin und Versorgungsforschung

Since 2008 the Institute of Occupational and Social Medicine and Health Services Research receives an unrestricted grant by the Baden-Wuerttemberg Employers Association of the Metal and Electrical Industry. The grant represents the same amount as the funding by the Medical Faculty itself. Further cooperating partners are the Eberhard Karls University and the University Hospital of Tuebingen. The cooperation is accompanied by a Board of Trustees working in science and enterprises (especially occupational health practice). They advise the members of the Institute and provide the cooperating partners with recommendations concerning the work of the Institute. In November 2016, the lifetime of the unrestricted grant was extended until march 2028. The grant covers research, teaching, continuing medical education and specialist training offered by the institute.
