Abstract / short description:
The goal of the present project is to explore new directions in quantum parameter estimation by studying possible quantum enhancements resulting from the dynamics of the measurement process, in particular using chaotic dynamics, and by extending the formalism of the quantum Cramér-Rao bound to include limited prior knowledge and to output confidence intervals.
