Aim of the study is primary to determine the effectiveness of an individualized stepwise escalating treatment program based on evidence-based psychosocial interventions in ADHD patients aged 3 to 5;11 years by randomized
controlled trials (between subjects comparisons) and by within-subjects comparisons (change in step 1 compared to change in step 2). Secondary: (1) To evaluate the feasibility of the implementation of this stepped care approach in routine clinical setting; (2) to evaluate predictors of response/non-response to the different treatment conditions.
