Title:
Diffusion, Umsetzung, Folgereaktion und Transduktion als Basis eines leistungsfähigen generischen Gassensor-Mikrosystems
Duration:
01/07/2005 to 30/06/2007
Abstract / short description:
Project funded by the German research council focusing on basics.
Here the increase of the information to be extracted out of a chemical microsystem is attempted by using the catalytic conversion of sensing layers. Enabling of the latter by producing this microsystem on the basis of metal oxides deposited in a microreaction chamber and taking advantage of the different catalytic conversion factors for different combinations of gases and sensing materials.
