Basic data
Acronym:
Advantagas
Title:
Advantageous applications of gas sensors for security and consumer applications
Duration:
01/01/2002 to 30/06/2005
Abstract / short description:
Project focusing on the use of various materials as sensitive gates for field effect transistors (Gas-FET).
Role: Research on organic materials (polymers, macromolecule) as appropriate field effect gates, development of a deposition technology and respective measurement technology with Kelvin-probes and FET structures. Very promising candidate materials identified; interaction mechanism actually under investigation, material preparation in the phase of technology transfer to the respective industrial partner.
