Integration of Nursing Professionals into Primary Care Teams

The objective is to develop a scientifically grounded concept paper on the integration of registered nurses (RN) into primary care practice teams. National and international evidence on advanced roles of RN in primary care will be analyzed, adapted to the German healthcare context, and refined based on the practical experiences of the workshop participants. The concept paper will include concrete policy recommendations for decision-makers, professional associations, and primary care practice teams. To achieve this goal, a three-day strategy workshop will be conducted with stakeholder groups potentially involved in the primary care process.
