Basic data
Acronym:
Complete NSTEMI
Title:
Complete revascularization versus culprit lesiononly PCI in NSTEMI
Duration:
11/07/2023 to 31/12/2030
Abstract / short description:
Objective: To study whether multivessel PCI is superior over culprit-lesion only PCI in patients with NSTEMI and multivessel disease
Interventions: Experimental intervention: Complete revascularization of the culprit lesion and all suitable non-culprit lesions during the index procedure, index hospitalization, or staged within 45 days.
Control intervention: Revascularization of the culprit lesion only without further planned revascularization.
Follow-up per patient: 12 to 36 months.
Duration of intervention per patient: Index procedure to 45 days thereafter.
Experimental and / or control off label or on label in Germany: none.
Primary efficacy endpoint: Composite of cardiovascular death or rehospitalization for non-fatal myocardial infarction during follow-up
