Abstract / short description:
The aim of this project is to improve primary and cross-sectoral care for suspected coronary artery disease (CAD) with newly developed stable chest/thoracic pain. To achieve this, an evaluation of the new care model will be conducted, consisting of the assessment of evidence-based initial evaluation and indication, shared decision-making (SDM), and the quality-assured performance and interpretation of coronary CT.
If the Innovation Committee gives a positive recommendation, the findings can be directly integrated into standard care, for example, as a diagnostic algorithm in an updated guideline or the corresponding position in the EBM, as well as a basis for quality assurance according to §136a SGB V.
