ProjectOrganellenlipidtransport in S. cerevisiae
Basic data
Title:
Organellenlipidtransport in S. cerevisiae
Duration:
01/01/2025 to 30/06/2025
Abstract / short description:
We will use the budding yeast S. cerevisiae as our main model organism. Genetic and
biochemical manipulations can be performed easily and quickly and many tools and reagents
(such as a well-established strain collection, various plasmids, specific antibodies, etc.) for
studying yeast cells are already available in our laboratory. Human trials, animal experiments
and gene-technological procedures beyond biological safety level S1 are not applicable.
