New strategies to combat AMD

ClearView aims to launch a new therapy for the treatment of AMD. The project integrates the optimisation and production of new improved HTRA1 inhibitors, the optimisation and production of SERPINA3, the pharmacological, biochemical and cellular profiling and characterisation of new compounds, through to proof-of-concept testing of the new frontrunner compounds in patient samples and in animal models to be developed. ClearView offers a conceptual approach for a new therapeutic strategy for the causal treatment of AMD.
