Abstract / short description:
The symposium aims to address the risk of mental illness among children of parents with psychiatric disorders by developing effective preventive interventions. Additionally, the meeting explores the potential of digitally supported interventions, particularly in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, to improve access to mental health care. The meeting will include keynote talks by international experts, symposia presenting novel research on transgenerational transmission mechanisms and e-mental health interventions, a roundtable discussion on research implementation, a poster session for junior researchers, and a "speed-dating" session to identify future research directions and collaboration opportunities.
