Title:
E-health-supported assessment of psychological and somaticabnormalities, risk and resilience factors of premature infants and individualized, interdisciplinary and multimodal stepped-care care.
Duration:
01/05/2023 to 30/04/2025
Abstract / short description:
This project, funded by the BMBF as part of the German Center for Mental Health, is concerned with improving the care of premature babies and their families after hospital discharge in an interdisciplinary and eHealth-supported manner. At the same time, risk and protective factors for the course of the disease will be determined. After discharge from the hospital, families receive an app that screens somatic and psychological symptoms in children and parents, provides information and contact points and includes a messenger function. Depending on their needs, further diagnostic measurements or consultations take place on site or via teleconferences. This treatment is compared against a TAU group. Measurement times with different surveys of somatic or psychotic symptoms or environmental factors take place after hospital discharge, after 4 months and after 6 months. The project is developed and further evaluated through qualitative interviews of stakeholders.
